Hello I’m Katy,
I provide safe, effective ear cleaning and ear health services—whether in the comfort of your own home, within a care setting, or at one of my pop-up clinics. With NHS ear cleaning services no longer widely available, my aim is to make high-quality ear care accessible, flexible, and centred around your individual needs.

I hold a BSc in Human Neuroscience and am currently completing a further BSc in Paramedic Science. Alongside my academic background, I work frontline with the ambulance service. This combination of knowledge and experience ensures that every appointment is not only comfortable and supportive, but also evidence-based and clinically thorough.

For your reassurance, I am fully trained, insured, and hold an enhanced DBS.

Blocked ears can cause more than discomfort—they may affect hearing, balance, and increase the risk of infection. My goal is to help you, or a loved one, regain comfort, function, and quality of life.
