Payments

• A minimum consultation fee of £20 is required for all ear health appointments. This acts as your deposit and will be used against the total cost of treatment.

• The remaining balance is payable at the end of your appointment: card and cash accepted.

Deposits & Pre-Treatment Care

• At the time of paying your deposit, you agree to use olive oil ear drops for 3–5 days prior to your appointment to prepare your ears for treatment.

• Deposits must be received with your full name as the payment reference, and your completed consent form must be returned before your appointment can be confirmed.

• Confirmation of both your deposit and consent form forms a binding agreement to these terms and conditions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. At the time of booking you agree to providing your card details. No shows are charged at the full treatment cost.  

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled to another date and deposit carried over.

Additional Charges

• If travel 15 miles beyond the local area of B26 is required, additional mileage charges may apply. These will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Emergency Appointments

• Emergency appointments are available subject to availability.

Clinical Considerations

• We reserve the right not to proceed with treatment if it is deemed clinically inappropriate, detrimental, or contraindicated.

• In such cases, you will be fully supported with a plan of action, which may include a referral recommendation and the option of receiving clinical note as support. Should treatment not be suitable (e.g, alternative advice such as ear drops is recommended), we will not proceed beyond the consultation.
