ABOUT ME

 

Hello I'm Katy, ​

I work as a clinician in the ambulance service, with a previous BSc in Human Neuroscience. Alongside this, I provide specialist, mobile ear wax removal in the comfort of your own home, or within your residential or care setting throughout the West Midlands. I also offer adhoc, strictly by appointment-only clinic days in Pedmore. I pride myself on providing the same high standard of person-centered, evidence based care I uphold in my everyday clinical practice.

With NHS ear cleaning services no longer widely available, my aim is to make high-quality ear care accessible, flexible, and centred around your individual needs. I genuinely care for my clients and their ear health, and I am in the privileged position to really personalise my appointments, providing extra time, attention to detail and reassurance. I am happy to adapt appointments to accommodate individual needs, including mobility support, medical considerations, learning disabilities, or other specific requirements.

Blocked ears can cause more than discomfort, often affecting hearing, balance, and increasing the risk of infection. My aim is to help you, or a loved one regain comfort, function, and quality of life.
